Today Mrs Clarke and I took a group of RotaKids to a conference at Colchester Football Stadium. We joined five schools and shared ideas about different events and charities that are supported across Essex. Over the day, we worked together to celebrate and plan for future fundraising events.
Today we thought about the parable the Wise Man and the Foolish Man with our visitors from church. We thought about how we can build ourselves up to be confident and help others. We thought about the power of words and how we can help others with kind words.
Thank you to Mrs Baulch for coming into Collective Worship on Thursday and teaching us about music and the piano. Well done to our pianists for sharing their pieces with the children today. We are so proud of the progress that you are making.
Work has started today installing the new playground markings. Thank you to the School Council for their hard work planning this project.

Today we had the pleasure of Bishop Roger delivering our Easter Service. We sung lots of amazing Easter themed songs.
Today Isobel came to talk to us in assembly about the history and importance of Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday to the Christian community.
Today, the School Council met with Luke to plan and design the playground markings. They worked hard using squared paper to plan the layout of the markings. The markings are due to be installed in the Summer term. Thank you Luke for all of our hard work and support with this project.
