RE – Special Items
This morning we carried on our writing about special items. We have been looking at the Seder plate from Judaism. We tried some of the special items from the Seder plate to help us write our fact files.
Acting out Asterix
Today we acted out scenes from Asterix and Obelix whilst also putting in the correct punctuation especially speech marks.
Gymnastics club

Fact Files

Tolleshunt D’Arcy Remembers
Today a group of children displayed our poppies around the Maypole and built a wall of remembrance in our school library. Thank you to John from the council for supporting this project and to all the staff and children for their hard work and enthusiasm.
Musical fun
Today we played with some musical instruments. We had a try clapping and then playing the beats in our name e.g. Fre-die has 2 beats whilst Beau only has 1 beat! We then had fun making our own bands outside!
Poppies

Class assembly
Today we shared our learning in our class assembly. We have really enjoyed our topic this half term. Thank you Mr Este, Mrs Maston, Mr Fox and Mrs Richards for making our learning so much fun.
Leading a good life
Today we thought about people who are good and what qualities make us good people. We talked about different scenarios and how we would solve problems and how important it is to learn from our mistakes.
