Commonwealth Games Event

On Tuesday, I took a group of Class 4 pupils to represent the school in a Commonwealth Games event at Corporal Budd Sports Centre. I am so proud of the children and I know they thoroughly enjoyed the sports – especially Squash!

Summer safety

Busy bees

As part of our topic looking at Nomadic Cultures around the World Class 4 looked at modern examples of Inuit Art by Kenojuak Ashevakand made some fantastic versions of their own. Mr Hopegood

Science: finding out if materials can be changed.

Today in Class 2, we carried out a little science experiment to see if certain objects can change shape if we try to manipulate them. Sports Day

Our Sports Day has got off to a fantastic start. The children have been taking part in a carousel of sporting activities this morning in their house groups. Thank you to the Year 6 children for leading the games.
