Today we enjoyed a picnic with our families. Thank you for joining us and sharing this fun day.

We had a fantastic morning and we are now looking forward to our family picnic and races this afternoon. Thank you to Mr Este, Mr Salmon and Miss Mansell for organising the fun activities!

Today we went to Colchester to take part in the consortium sports event. We competed against 22 other schools in track and field events. Today in class one Mr Fox and Mrs Handford found a stray common British lizard called ZigZaggy! Mrs Richards taught us lots about the anatomy of the lizard and what he acts like in the wilderness.

Please can all children apply suncream, wear sun hats and have a full water bottle this week. It’s due to be hot and we’d like to ensure that all children can enjoy some fun outside as well as in. Thank you for your cooperation.
