Today class one were extremely lucky to have 2 visitors who help us and the community. First, Ann came in to talk to the children about being safe crossing the road. We now know that if the lollipop stick is facing upside down the cars can keep going and when she turns it upright, cars know they need to be aware of children crossing.
After this, PC Daws came to visit to tell the children all about being in the Police Force. We now know their special jobs and how to call 999 in an emergency. The children even got to try on some kit!
