Thank you Linda for leading our worship today and helping us to think about being courageous. The Easter story and the story of David and Goliath, helped us to reflect upon this Christian Value.

Varjak Paw, the continuing saga!

Class 4’s book is The Outlaw Varjak Paw by S.F.Said, the sequel to Varjak Paw which the children hugely enjoyed and we have some brilliant character artwork produced today. Please ask them who their favourite character is and why. Mr Hopegood

Year 1 are authors!

Today in class, Year 1 began to write their own story. We used story tokens as prompts and thought about using exciting adjectives. We explored how to make our story interesting to the reader by using a variety of our language skills.

Road Safety Morning

Class 4 had a visit this morning from Lesley at The Safer Essex Roads Partnership for a presentation and then a safety walk to ensure that the children have understood the important safety messages given. Thanks Lesley 🙂
