On Friday we made some rather nice cheese straws and some of Class 4 asked if the recipe could be posted on the blog.
Here it is, a little bit late, some pupils remarked that they could have been cheesier but I found that the taste was stronger when they were cold.
Not, of course, that I kept a few for myself 🙂
