Class 3 have been learning about different types of food that we eat and how they can be grouped together. This week, they have looked at the food pyramid and sorted pictures of food into the different groups. They have thought about which foods we should eat more of and which foods we should eat less of. They have also learnt how different types of foods help us in different ways.
