Yesterday was safer internet day and in Class 2 we took some time to talk about apps and games and how to make sure we are using them safely.
We talked about how we should check with a trusted adult before downloading any apps or games and that there are age restrictions in place to keep us safe.
We talked about what to do if we see anything on the internet, or if anyone says anything to us via the internet that makes us feel scared or scared that we should tell an adult immediately.
If we are worried about anything we see on apps, games or the internet we need to:
STOP what are playing or doing. CLOSE our device. TELL an adult.
