Today, class one have been learning about the Chinese New Year and the animals of the zodiac. The children found out their animal sign too!
For snack we tried some noodles, dipped sugar snap peas in sweet and sour sauce and also tried Black Bean sauce. Obviously we had to have prawn crackers too, yummy.
