Today we are going to think about our feelings. Not being able to see our friends and family lately has been hard. Sometimes we all find it tricky to explain to our grown ups how we feel.
I’d like you to create feelings jars (or pots). Think of some colours to represent your feelings, for example red for anger, blue for sad… Find objects around your house which are the same colour. Label your jar with the feelings and throughout the day, as your feelings change, pop an object in the jar so you can talk to your adult about it.
At the end of the day, count how many objects are in the jars, hopefully you will have more in happy than any other.
