Rotary donation

The RotaKids met with Bryan Davenport from Rotary Club today to receive a cheque for the school. The donation will be used to purchase lockers for Class 3. Thank you Rotary and RotaKids for your hard work. We look forward to the next project.

More Macbeth

Our Class 4 Thespians have nearly finished their shoebox theatres and planning for the scenes which they will show to each other in class. I can’t wait!

Persevering

Today, in Collective Worship, we reflected on the Queen’s Ascension to the throne in 1952 following the death of her father King George VI. We reflected on Queen Elizabeth II perseverance throughout her 70 year reign.

Chinese New Year!

Yesterday, Class 2 and 4 celebrated the year of the Tiger with a food tasting activity. Class 4 made numerous rice dishes for Class 2 to taste – it tasted and smelt delicious! Thank you for a lovely afternoon Mr Hopegood and Class 4 Mrs Archer and Class 2
