Today we enjoyed a visit for Bishop Roger. He led a thought provoking Easter service and we enjoyed sharing our poems,songs and prayers. Bishop Roger then blessed the new sensory garden.
Today we had our world book day. We shared who we had dressed up as in assembly… Later we choose different Roald Dahl books to listen to.
Today we had fun cooking hot cross buns with Mrs Brown-Lee. We learnt a lot together. Thank you to Paul and Mrs Brown-Lee for all their hard work and support.
The whole school thoroughly enjoyed entertaining the audience during their Big Sing concert. The songs were uplifting and the children’s enthusiasm shone out! Today in English we looked at The Highwayman. In groups, we made freeze frames of different verses of the poem.
We are really pleased with the progress made in the sensory garden.
