Today we met Ezekiel ‘Zeek’ Ewulo, our Sports Champion. Zeek is a long jumper. He taught us all about training and how he achieved his medals. We got to experience some of his training ourselves. Then we went out to try different Olympic sports ourselves. We definitely have some budding long jumpers ourselves.
As part of our new topic, we planted some pumpkin and pea seeds. We placed them in different places around the school, and will study their progress over the next few weeks.

Today we enjoyed a visit for Bishop Roger. He led a thought provoking Easter service and we enjoyed sharing our poems,songs and prayers. Bishop Roger then blessed the new sensory garden.
Today we had our world book day. We shared who we had dressed up as in assembly… Later we choose different Roald Dahl books to listen to.

Today we worked with representatives from the church team to make our Easter Gardens. We thought carefully about the different parts of the story and how we can represent this in the gardens.
