On the 29th of April 1852 Roget’s Thesaurus was published for the first time and this reminded me of our fantastic Word Wall in the class room which isn’t getting any bigger ( sad face 🙁 )!
GET A DICTIONARY! Have a think, what words have you either read or heard that you can’t be sure you know the exact meaning of? Try and get 5 and write their definitions, a synonym and antonym would be good too. We can share your results when we Zoom on Friday.
MyMaths has been set. Some of you have new tasks to do and some of you need to finish the work already set. The School Office has not received any more requests for log-ins but if you need one just ask.
Remember these are things that you can do as well as your weekly learning tasks.
