Well, it’s the last week of term and what better way to end than with a science week! We will be devoting our last week to finding out all there is about different experiments, why they work and the vocabulary surrounding it all.
Today, we’ve used vocabulary like prediction, method, results, apparatus (our new fancy word for equipment) and observe. I will expect Class 2 to be using vocabulary like this all week (in the house too if you can).
Today’s experiment was called ‘Rainbow walking’. We predicted that the coloured water would travel up the tissue paper but we did not know what to expect after that. Check in with us tomorrow to find out what has happened over night!
Well done for such a great day of learning everyone. Can’t wait for more tomorrow 🙂
