Well-being & creative week – Inside out 10.02

Hoping everyone has had a lovely week so far? Please, please, please…remember to send us in your learning. We love having your photos in to see what you’ve been up to.

Art/D.T/ PSHE: WALT – Say what I like and dislike. WALT make mock ups of my designs. Design your own personality island. We want to see your idea’s on a plan before you build it. Design 1 – you might put your ideas down but notice there may be a problem… Design 2 you fix the problem etc. Building/drawing: You can then create it however you chose, you could draw it? Build it out of lego? Computer game? What would it be called? What would be on it? What wouldn’t be on it?

PSHE: WALT – Recognise and deal with my feelings in a positive way. You can feel lots of different emotions, even within the same day. Riley has five main emotions controlling her – joy, sadness, fear, disgust and anger. Could you help Riley by suggesting one idea for how she could deal with each emotion. For example, if she is feeling sad, she could dance to her favourite song.

Dance: WALT copy simple dance moves with increasing coordination and control. Go Noodle! This isn’t linked to the film, Inside out but I thought it was a nice ‘feel good’ song to get moving too!
