Our maths today is a creative activity to help with your addition and number bonds to 10. It is important to have rapid recall (fluency) of these number facts in Reception and Year one bonds up to 20.
Reception, I would like you to do this simple activity.
Year One, us the part whole model to help you with your number bonds. Remember to put the whole number (20) in the big circle, and the parts in the small ones. We have used this model in daily maths.
For phonics, if you have lego this is a great activity to aid segmenting for reading. If you do not have lego, this can be done with pieces of paper cut up.
Don’t forget to complete another mood board.
