Hello everyone, I hope you’ve had a fantastic half term and are ready to welcome Spring too.
This half term, we will be learning about Bees, Butterflies and Blooms, perfect for Spring.
For the next 2 weeks, we are going to look at Bees. Our book focus this week is ‘The Very Greedy Bee’.
Now I would like you to think about the story. Can you think about how the Greedy Bee changed throughout the story. What was he like at the beginning, middle and end? Why did he change?
I’d like you to record your thoughts by writing a sentence (Reception) or 3 sentences (Y1) and giving me a reason why you think this. Year 1 I am expecting you to use the connective ‘because’. Perhaps you could draw a picture of him at the beginning, middle and end to accompany your writing.
