In Literacy, I would like you to create an Acrostic poem. An Acrostic poem uses a word that is written using each initial as a starting point vertically down the page. So for example ‘Queen’ would be like this:
Quiet
Understanding
Elegant
Excellent
Noble
If you would like to challenge yourself, try writing a phrase for each initial.
You could try using words such as Elizabeth, Royal, Palace, Princess…
I would also like you to design an outfit for the Queen. Imagine she is attending a State Banquet (research what these are) what would she wear? I can’t wait to see your work.
