This afternoon in class two, we had an art lesson with Mr Fox, in which we studied an artist called Andy Goldsworthy. We then created our own piece of natural art, inspired by Goldsworthy. We had so much fun.

This afternoon in class two, we had a PSHE lesson in which we read the book: ‘The colour monster’ which describes different emotions using different colours. We also discussed how are bodies feel when we experience emotions such as sadness and happiness.

Today in class one, we created some beautiful posters for secret project that is coming up very soon!

Today in class one, we have been learning all about different types of money and role playing being shopkeepers. It has been really fun getting to see all of the different types of coins and their values, also pretending to buy some of our toys in class.

All this week we have been rehearsing for our ISingPop concert on Friday. We have loved learning all of the amazing songs and having a fab time doing it!

Today in class one, we had acted out our own helicopter story of the jungle book with Mr Fox. This was really fun and we all really enjoyed exploring the iconic characters.

As we near the culmination of our Flotsam topic, the class have transported the camera through their own backgrounds. Using their time-connective sentence openers, they have created collaborative journeys to give them ideas for their ongoing writing.
