Seaside day!

As we were unable to go to the seaside today, class one had a fun filled day at school. Here are the photos of our day!

Gardening Friday

Today we had an exceptional morning planting the plants we bought on our trip to Perrywood garden centre. Many thanks to the PTA for providing funding for the garden; it is very much appreciated. Our garden is really beginning to take shape and we can’t wait to see it grow and develop. 

Editing!

Today in class four, we looked at our previously completed worked and created a success criteria to help us edit our work in the future. Piano recitals

Thank you to Mrs Baulch for coming into Collective Worship on Thursday and teaching us about music and the piano. Well done to our pianists for sharing their pieces with the children today. We are so proud of the progress that you are making.

Kwik Cricket

Cudmore Grove cancellation

A yellow weather warning for rain has been put in place for tomorrow. Due to this, we feel it is best to cancel tomorrow’s trip and reschedule for Friday 14th June.  We will still have a picnic so please bring a pack up if you have not ordered one from the school. A fun day… Read more »

Subtraction Methods

On Wednesday we looked at new methods to subtract. We used the Cuisenaire rods instead of Numicon to help us make the numbers.
