X marks the spot!

Today in class one we have been left some more treasure chests from our pirate friend: Captain Blackbeard. However, this time he had left us clues. These clues were quite tricky to figure out. Eventually, they lead us straight to the treasure chests. Which were full of lots of sparkly gems and gold coins!

Pirate fun

This afternoon we had fun making pirate hats, ships and writing letters to the Pirates!

Recorder club

Today, Mrs Maston started recorder club at lunchtime. We look forward to hearing the children progress!

Tennis

We played tennis in the sun today. Some of us have started playing matches using the nets. The rest of us were practising directing the ball by playing tennis golf, or working with Mr Salmon practising hitting the ball with tennis rounders.

PSHE – New World

In our circle time this afternoon, we imagined that we were in charge of shipwrecked travellers stuck on a desert island. Introduction to athletics

This afternoon Class 3 and 4 joined each other for some outdoor PE. With the nice weather hopefully coming soon could you please ensure children have their PE kits and water bottles in school each day. Many thanks.
